Return and Refund Policy

At CK Fast Delivery, we strive to provide the highest level of service for every local delivery across Sydney and NSW. Because we are a service-based business, our policy focuses on service fulfillment and booking cancellations.

1. Service Cancellation & Refunds

Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund of your digital bank transfer if you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Partial Refunds: If a cancellation is made less than 2 hours before pickup, a small administrative or "call-out" fee may be deducted to cover scheduling costs.

Non-Refundable: Once the courier has arrived at the pickup location or the delivery is in transit, the service fee is non-refundable.

2. Delivery Issues & "Returns"

Undeliverable Items: If we cannot complete a delivery because the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the item will be "returned" to the original sender.

Return Fees: A return-to-sender fee (equivalent to the original delivery rate) will apply, as this requires a second point-to-point trip.

Incorrect Items: As a courier service, we are not responsible for the contents of the parcels. If the wrong item was sent by the sender, any "return" delivery must be booked and paid for as a new service via bank transfer.

3. Service Guarantees

Our Commitment: We aim for same-day delivery on all confirmed bookings. If a significant delay occurs due to our internal error, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or credit toward a future delivery.

Australian Consumer Law: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure of service.

4. How to Request a Refund

 Digital Process: To request a refund, please email us with your booking reference and a copy of your bank transfer receipt.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer back to your nominated account within 3–5 business days.
